10 minutes + $8.99 = Custom Domain on Blogspot

I have a new domain. From fewmoney.blogspot.com, now I change it to maextramoney.com. How much it cost? $8.99 USD. How long I custom the new domain? 10 minutes including the payment through PayPal.

I'd googled for two days and searching how to custom a domain on blogspot.I read many people had some trouble with the custom new domain. I wanted to buy a domain but with PayPal or Moneybookers and of course the easiest way to custom it by myself. Then I found it. It's Dynadot.

How do I set a Google CNAME record? (from Dynadot staff)
To add a Google CNAME record to your domain, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your Dynadot account.
2. Click on the "Domains" tab at the top of the page.
3. Check the box next to the domain name and then press the gray "Set Name Servers" button.
4. Scroll down to the "Advanced Dynadot DNS" box.
5. For your first domain record, select "CNAME" as the type and enter "ghs.google.com" as the Target Host.
6. For your first subdomain record, enter "www" as the subdomain, select "CNAME" as the record type and enter "ghs.google.com" as the Target Host.
7. Press the gray "Use Dynadot DNS" button.

Then go back to your Blogger Dashboard:
1. Log into your Blogger account
2. Go to Setting
3. Click Publishing then click "Custom Domain"
4. Below Buy a domain for your blog, click "Switch to advanced settings"
5. Type your domain name, example: my domain is maextramoney.com (without www). Then save settings.
6. Click redirect www.yourdomain.com to domain.com
7. Save Settings

In 2-3 minutes you will see the new domain. You still host it on blogpsot, but now with a new domain name. Of course you will loose your Page Rank and Alexa Rank too. I guess it will come back soon.
