It is Bukisa. Still in beta, but they have generated some revenue and sharing it with their members.
How does it Work?
1. First of all, joining Bukisa is free, publishing content is free and so are all the other functions of their site, such as voting, commenting and inviting friends in to your network.
2. Submit your content.
It could be an Article - Write a great informational article/howto/wiki on the subjects you know best, starting from just 250 words.
Slides - Share your Presentations Online - Office 2007 users should save their presentations as PDF's before uploading due to compatibility problems.
Videos - Instructional video's are always welcome, from recipes, guides or building your own house.
Audio - Have you recorded a speech or class you gave? why not upload it and let people hear it online.
Some popular topics are photoshop, business, computers, fiber optic, health, internet, network, networking, policies, science, security, technology.
I've made 2 articles: Reviewing New Music and make Money and 7 Ways I Make Small Amount Online. After a day I've made $0.26 for doing nothing.

3. Payment
They will pay based on the unique views/visitors and it depends on the Bukisa index. If the Bukisa Index is 4.00 that means you will receive 4.00 USD for every 1000 unique views your content receives. This month the Bukisa Index is 4.20.
They'll send you the revenues that you generated via PayPal within approximately 30 days of the end of the month in which your account balance reaches the minimum US $50.

I don't think that it's so easy to earn money. But, everyday when I open the site, the money grows. It depends on the visitor and the content I guess.
The good thing, it's a new site. It means more visitors will come and they will read your content.. Not too many contents right now.
