It is Bukisa. Still in beta, but they have generated some revenue and sharing it with their members.

How does it Work?

Some popular topics are photoshop, business, computers, fiber optic, health, internet, network, networking, policies, science, security, technology.

3. Payment
They will pay based on the unique views/visitors and it depends on the Bukisa index. If the Bukisa Index is 4.00 that means you will receive 4.00 USD for every 1000 unique views your content receives. This month the Bukisa Index is 4.20.
They'll send you the revenues that you generated via PayPal within approximately 30 days of the end of the month in which your account balance reaches the minimum US $50.

Pay Per Play (PPP) is an online media channel that plays 5 second audio advertisements like the one you just heard on websites that place the PPP code on their web pages.

Audio ads are only heard on web pages where the website owner has placed PPP code and is only heard once on the page. The visitor may hear another ad if they visit another page (that has placed the PPP code) only after at least 3 minutes have elapsed. Audio ads do not take up any physical space on your website because they are only heard and not seen.

Best of all Pay Per Play does not require any "clicking" by your visitors.

How Does PPP Work?

* Your review will be more valuable, if it contains your opinion, not only the item description. Readers are interested in your point of view, descriptions can be read everywhere.
* Pay more attention to the fact, that you're certifying "that the review was written by you, not published anywhere and not copyrighted in any manner". Any infringement will be considered as a cheating attempt.

The review could be rejected if it is vague, contains too much of incorrect grammar, is written in capital letters, or contains more description than opinion. It may also be rejected if the author reviews an item he/she has not actually used.
